All Furniture, catering equipment, props and all products of Event furniture Hire London remains the property of Event furniture hire London.
All deposits are non-refundable. Minimum deposit of £50 covers admin costs.
Full payments for events cancelled less than 48 hours will be non-refundable.
Full payment is to be received to confirm orders, unless account facilities have been set up.
Cancelled orders will be charged at 25% of hire cost if notice given is less than 10 days. 50% will be returned if less than 7 days. No refund for cancelled orders less than 3 days. This is because we could have hired the products to another client or warehouse have already loaded the vans with your order.
Products to be checked and signed for by hirer on delivery, any difference must be notified immediately.
The hirer is responsible for loss or damage to products from time of delivery\collection until its returned to Event furniture hire London. The hirer is responsible for products from time of acceptance until returned to Event furniture hire London.
Stains and burn marks on products will be invoiced at full replacement cost.
Deposits will be returned after 7 days of products returned to Event furniture hire London. Where the deposit is not sufficient enough to cover replacement costs the hirer is liable for the balance. Customers goods are not acceptable replacements.
Extended hire terms are available.
Account customers must ensure payment after 14 days of invoice.
Prices quoted are for 1-day hire.
Event Furniture Hire London will make every effort to deliver and collect products as requested by hirer. Event Furniture hire London will not accept any responsibility if requested times cannot be complied with.
By ordering or making any enquiry about any products from Event Furniture Hire London you abide by these hire terms.
All hiring equipment will have wear and tear. Event Furniture Hire London makes sure all products are in the best of condition but please remember we are a hiring company and our equipment gets used at events and is always transported in and out of our vehicles. Please always ask about any products if you have any concerns. No equipment will be brand new unless requested and there will be a bespoke hire charge on these requests.
